智慧角逐,质量先行

 作为质量月系列活动的重要组成部分,质量知识竞赛在不久之前顺利举办。这场线上竞赛的核心目标是通过营造热烈的答题环境,激励大家竞赛学习、增强员工的质量意识和专业知识,这种互动方式,有效地传达了本年度质量月的核心主题“马勒质量,全员共创”、质量方针、质量文化、质量管理工具、过程控制要点以及信息安全等要求。今年的参与人数达到了381人,相较于去年的254人,增长了50%。我们为科室和一线员工分别设立了一、二、三等奖,每项20名,以及若干参与奖。

激烈的角逐后,我们邀请了部分获奖代表,举办了质量知识竞赛的颁奖活动,通过这种仪式感,赋予活动完整的意义!

领导寄语


在领导寄语环节,两位部长对本次活动给予了充分的肯定,同时对各位获奖者进行了祝贺,并希望这些同事能作为先锋代表将“质量与每位员工都息息相关的理念”传播出去,在日常工作中,具备产品自信,影响身边的每一位同事,形成公司上下齐心协力搞好质量的工作氛围。

本次活动虽然画上了圆满的句号,但我们会总结经验,汲取建议,争取明年将质量知识竞赛办得更加精彩、更具影响力,让更多人领略质量知识的魅力!



As an important part of the Quality Month series of activities, the Quality Knowledge Competition was successfully. The goal of this competition is to create a lively answering environment, motivate everyone to compete and learn, enhance employees' quality awareness and professional knowledge. This interactive approach effectively conveys the core theme of this year's Quality Month, quality policy, quality culture, quality management tools, process control, and information security requirements. The number of participants this year has reached 381, an increase of 50% compared to 254 last year. We have set up first, second, and third prizes, several participation awards.


After competition, we invited some representatives and held a quality knowledge competition award ceremony. The two ministers gave full recognition to this event and congratulated all the winners. They hoped that these colleagues could act as pioneers to spread the concept of "quality is closely related to every employee", have product confidence in daily work, influence every colleague around them, and create a working atmosphere of the company working together to improve quality.


Although this event has come to a successful conclusion, we will summarize our experience, draw on suggestions, and strive to make the quality knowledge competition more exciting and influential next year, allowing more people to appreciate the charm of quality knowledge!
