2024 Minth Youth Summer Camp Successfully Ends! 敏实集团青少年夏令营圆满收官

In this glorious summer, from July 15th to 27th, 2024, a total of 160 youths, "children of Minth employees",gathered at the Bread of Life Farm in Huzhou and the Gingko Swan Lake in Jiaxing, to spend an unforgettable journey of growth. Amidst this verdant expanse, they explored the mysteries of nature, and wove the most wonderful summer memories.

2024年7月15日至27日，在这个绚烂的夏天，160位“敏二代”青少年先后欢聚在湖州灵粮农场与嘉兴银杏天鹅湖畔，共度了一段难忘的成长之旅。他们在这片绿意盎然的天地间，探索自然的奥秘，编织出一幕幕夏日最奇妙的记忆篇章。

The "Open-mindedness and Inclusiveness" character course, like a gentle summer breeze, dissipated prejudice, embraced diversity, and allowed young hearts to soar freely in the vast ocean of culture. Meanwhile, the "Confidence" character course, akin to the scorching summer sun, ignited potential, illuminated the path ahead, and encouraged teenagers to confidently stride forward and explore the unknown.

The intertwining of these two courses not only broadened the horizons of teenagers but also ignited the fire within them, transforming every youngster into a fearless dream-chaser and a future star embracing the world.

“开放包容”品格课程，如夏日清风，吹散偏见，拥抱多元，让心灵在文化的海洋中遨游；“信心”品格课程，似烈日骄阳，激发潜能，照亮前路，鼓励孩子们自信前行，探索未知。

两课交织，不仅拓宽了青少年的视野，更点燃了他们内心的火焰，让每个少年都成为勇敢追梦、拥抱世界的未来之星。

Summer adventures, boundless joy! Teenagers embarked on a grand feast of nature and excitement. In the 'Invasive Plant Battle', they explored the ecological balance of nature; night excursions to dragon fruit orchards uncovered the sweet secrets of the fruits; Mud Field Sports unleashed pure joy as laughter mingled with mud; Canoeing experiences let them ride the waves, feeling the thrill of speed on the water.

Additionally, the teenagers engaged in agricultural experiences, planting their own crops and reaping nature's rewards. Every endeavor marked a milestone in their growth journey!

夏日探险，乐趣无限！少年们共赴一场自然与冒险的盛宴。在“入侵植物大作战”中探索自然界的生态平衡；夜探火龙果园，揭秘果实的甜蜜秘密；泥田运动会，让欢笑与泥泞共舞，释放纯真快乐；体验皮划艇，乘风破浪，感受水上的速度与激情。

青少年们还进行了农事体验，亲手耕种，收获自然的馈赠。每一次尝试，都是少年们成长的足迹！

On the journey of life, moments of growth shone like brilliant stars, illuminating the path of teenagers as they pursued their dreams. They learned to affirm and reflect upon themselves, constantly striving for excellence. Amidst the warmth of "community deposits," gratitude naturally arose, etching every bit of help and support into their hearts.

Being the master of emotions became the key to wisdom for these young individuals. They mastered the art of dancing in adversity, facing challenges with smiles, allowing emotions to nourish their hearts like clear streams rather than raging floods.

On the occasion of the evening gathering, the teenagers united their hands and minds, creating a festive spectacle that showcased their youthful vitality and team spirit. They bravely expressed themselves and continually strived for improvement, all in pursuit of encountering a more radiant and resilient version of themselves.

在人生的征途上，成长的瞬间如星辰般璀璨，照亮少年们的追梦之路。他们学会自我肯定与反思，不断追求卓越。在“公共存款”的温馨中，感恩之心油然而生，将每一份帮助与支持铭记心间。

晚会之际，少年们携手合作，共创盛宴，展现青春活力与团队精神。他们勇于表达，持续精进，只为遇见更加耀眼、坚韧的自己。

爱是对家人的亲情、对朋友的友情、甚至是对自然、国家和人类的博爱。少年们与伙伴们建立了纯洁的友谊；通过探索敏实工厂，少年们对自己父母的工作有了更多的了解；通过与自然的亲密接触，少年们对自然也有了更多的关爱。

在爱的驱动下，少年们愿意为所爱之人提供帮助，为了团队努力拼搏，和朋友分享收获，为自然贡献力量...

爱体现在少年们包容对方的特点，用宽容和耐心去对待每一个独特的存在。
